Krioula Experience - Refund Policy
At Krioula Experience, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and memorable experiences. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following policy carefully:
1. Deposit and Payment:

To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers administrative and reservation-related expenses.

Full payment is due before the commencement of the tour. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation, with applicable cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation by Participants:

If a participant wishes to cancel their booking, they must do so in writing. The following refund policy applies:

Cancellation 60 days or more before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.

Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before the tour: 25% refund of the total tour cost.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.

The refund amount is calculated based on the total tour cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
3. Cancellation by Krioula Experience:

Krioula Experience reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, adverse weather conditions, or operational challenges. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
4. Changes to Itinerary:

Krioula Experience may modify tour itineraries due to factors beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements of equal value. No refund will be provided for changes that do not significantly alter the overall experience.
5. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation request.
6. Force Majeure:

Krioula Experience is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, the standard cancellation policy may be waived or modified at our discretion.
7. Unused Services:

No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of the tour.
8. Health-Related Cancellations:

If a participant is unable to attend the tour due to health reasons, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Relevant documentation, such as a medical certificate, may be required.
